I am a local from Orlando. I used it as a shelter. Aside noise, service was impeccable. Ladies at the front were helpful and kind and provided me with extra comforts. The hotel was clean, water power and internet were available at all times and I felt safe during hurrican Irma passing by. I would recommend it.

Mal Servicio Bien ubicado, malo el servicio, malo el desayuno, reporte desde el primer día problemas en el tanque del inodoro (toylet) y nunca lo arreglaron, el desayuno no lo es solo ofrecen ponque dulce, tomaria un hotel distinto en mi visita a Orlando

My hotel stay The hotel was nice and the staff friendly. The only complaint I have is the breakfast needs some attention. It has breakfast bars and muffins.There no cereal or milk for the kids. You could have fresh doughnuts and sweet rolls. Bread and a toaster would be good something warm for the elderly.
