Comfortable stay The stay was comfortable. The elevator ventilation was not clean. Breakfast was available promptly and sufficiently.

Nice location to universal studios... The front desk staff at the hotel made the place... It was just an average hotel... nothing horrible but nothing amazing... It's just a place to lay your head

The hotel was good considering that is your basic hotel, no room service or housekeeping unless you paid the daily rate of $ 10.00 per day. It was comfortable convenient to all local locations and theme park. I do recommended if your looking for a hotel just to lay your head down. the trolley to all activities across from hotel was great.

Great location! The air conditioning was to close to our bed that it was a challenge to pass using this side. In addition it was leaking in the floor and the carpet was always wet. I think that because of that I got a cold the second day of my vacations!. The mattress was not confortable. I used to wake up with a backache. The breakfast only includes coffee, orange juice and muffin.

You could do worse Bed is terribly uncomfortable. Pillows are cheap and small. Service was friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were no hassle. Close proximity to Universal Studios.

Won't stay again The room smelled old, there was no light above the shower, it was not updated like the outside. I will not stay again
