ok but noisy The hallways are narrow and allow noise to travel from end to end. We were put it in 123 don't get that one ever. Its near the lobby and everything is heard. There were elephants on the second floor above and we thought they would fall through at 5 in the morning. Otherwise its a great location. Starbucks and rest. Next door. Just get an end room next time.
great place to stay away from home i was very please with the location and everything was clean in the room. when i reach there, i had no problem with check in . i was in my room in no time.

It was worth the price. The hotel was clean. The only thing that bothered me was the hotel and room smell. They need to install air fresheners throughout the hotel.

Nice and close The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The room was a little smaller than I imagined but it was perfect for a quick stay. I liked that there were several quality places to eat within walking distance.
Loud neighbors Our room was nice, comfortable and newly renovated.But the people above us.... Constant repetitive banging from 7 am to 9 am. Couldn't get any sleep.

Localizacao muito boa A estadia foi boa, os quartos sao grandes , a cozinha muito boa , porem deixa a desejar no atendimento e na limpeza que nao existe . Ela so e feita 1 vez por semana.
Nice hotel near Universal Studios Had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very professional. The breakfast left much to be desired.
