Valerie at front desk was very nice. The room was clean and didn't have a bad smell.

Excellent service from entry to exit! Can’t wait to come back!
Room was ok but no room service. Went to the front desk for clean towels and you have to pay for clean towels. You have to pay for local calls but i use my cell phone then they tried to charge me for a local call i didn't make. Online it say they had a pool and breakfast that was a lie

Enjoy my stay
Housekeepers did not clean the room very well there was hair everywhere on the cooktop and in the bathroom. The bed was made but once again hair. I know they seen it. The floor was dirty. I should not have to come and reclean just to be comfortable.
