Plain, Boring and Borderline Uncleanly I stayed overnight after an evening across the street. The room is plane jane minus the leather lounge chair. Cleanliness was borderline - glad I was there by myself and not with a companion.

Trending downhill Place has gone downhill since my last visit. Room was run down and needed renovation. Mostly cosmetic issues, but also needed a lamp replaced and maintenance was not available until the next day. Bed was so-so.

Just a so so stay With the exception of the Mgr & one of the night desk attendants, the rest of the crew was not very welcoming. The first night I found a long black hair in my bed, nasty. After my shower I went to dry the floor in the bathroom, it was filthy! This is the first ESA that I stayed at that served watered down coffee. A few mornings I went down around 830 and the lazy person at the desk told me breakfast was almost over (it was an hour before it was posted to be over) soon so she didn’t want to make more coffee.... read more

Nothing special here. Breakfast was a granola bar and instant oatmeal. The room had stains in the bathroom sink. No dishes in the kitchen.

The hotel itself is a little dated. Also my queen size bed only had three pillows. My girlfriend went to the front desk and asked for another pillow and they told her that all queen size beds only have three pillows. So that means one person gets two pillows and the other person gets one pillow that’s crazy stop being so cheap.

The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was firm. The sheets and towels were clean. Some of the outlets and lights didn't work. The smoke detector was uncapped and hanging halfway down. The tub was dirty and walls needed to be repainted. I could smell smoke in the hallways and some in my room.
