Bed were comfortable. Very spacious. The lady at the front desk was very friendly.

The rooms were comfortable and well designed. I didn't use any of the supplies (dishes, etc). My stay was only 2 nights so i didn't use housekeeping. Getting clean towels from the front desk wasn't an issue. My check out experience was VERY negative; however, the check in experience was thoroughly positive so I still scored high in the service area

Good Solo trip for one night. My only concern was there was all types of hair on the bedding and in the bathroom. Other than that, I would stay again.

My room was right behind the office. At 5 am guest services was in the hall talking very loud to someone checking out. Woke me up. This is my only complaint.

There'd was not much to like about this property. Staff was unfriendly, The property was not very clean. A note was posted in the elevator stating that multiple guests had been observed dumping trash and bottles on the property, and warning that trash should be emptied in the trash bin. Weh I attempted to do so the trash container was absolutely overflowing with garbage.

. . .was disappointed with the overnight staff not communicating customer update with the morning staff.. . . .room needs updating and cleaned better. . . .but I did enjoy out of everything the peace and quiet, which was the reason for my stay!
