Only problem I could not get the shower water hot enough.

Mixed felings There was no notice that I had to pay $25.00 per day for my dog. I read of a 100.00 cash deposit, but no 25.00 upfront. Thank God I was only staying one day. That colored my experience of the hotel. The room was ok and staff pleasant. The breakfast was simply coffee, tea, nutrition bars and muffins. It was a weekend and there were noises through the night.I would not go back first and foremost for 25.00 per day for a pet - I don't consider that pet friendly.

Great hotel in business district Panera Bread and a very busy local shopping mall are both 6 mins away Wawa is 5 mins away Walmart is 2 mins away The hotel itself is nice. There's free muffins and Oatmeal in the morning served alongside hot coffe or tea. The staff were all friendly and helpful; they'll greet you every time they see you and ask if you need anything. Laundry room was clean and cozy with a tv inside. There are vending machines for late night snacking. Still about a 40 minute drive from Center City but not bad.... read more

Check-in process was awkward. You had to use a phone to summon someone to the front desk. I have never encountered that before. There was a line to check-in but once the front desk person was available, the process went quickly. She was very polite and efficient. I had reserved a standard king bed room, it was unavailable when I checked in and I was given an upgrade to a king suite, which was nice and clean. Ample parking. I would stay here again.

Poor The first room we had reeked of cigarettes. Cigarette burns on counter top! They changed our room. ... people talking in the hall till 1 in the morning. The heater blew out only hot air. Very stuffy. We won’t go back
