Love it I loved Genie, she works the front desk. She was so very helpful and awesome. Everything was great the entire duration of the stay

Fast and friendly Just five minutes and my girlfriend and I were in our room . The room was very nice . It was very clean and very comfortable . The bed was so soft . We only stayed for one night . But we would stay again . The breakfast was good too. 🙂 Thank you Expedia for the great customer service .

Not a good choice Old, dingy, kitchen empty

Visit with friends Planning to visit with friends in the area that we used to live in; hotel was very convenient for that purpose. Bed was very comfortable; shower was nice - but towels need to be larger! Very skimpy. Also - no supplies given in kitchen - need to advise people of that fact on internet advertising. Not an issue - just need to make people aware so they can prepare if need to.

Couldn't have been happier. We had to leave another hotel on Christmas Eve after a terrible experience with that hotel and we were welcomed with open arms at Extended Stay. The young lady at the front desk went way beyond her job duties to help us with checking in after having problems with switching hotels through Orbitz. She relieved a lot of our stress and so we went on to have a Merry Christmas with our family. The manager was also very helpful and offered to help in any way he could.
