Visit with friends Planning to visit with friends in the area that we used to live in; hotel was very convenient for that purpose. Bed was very comfortable; shower was nice - but towels need to be larger! Very skimpy. Also - no supplies given in kitchen - need to advise people of that fact on internet advertising. Not an issue - just need to make people aware so they can prepare if need to.

Couldn't have been happier. We had to leave another hotel on Christmas Eve after a terrible experience with that hotel and we were welcomed with open arms at Extended Stay. The young lady at the front desk went way beyond her job duties to help us with checking in after having problems with switching hotels through Orbitz. She relieved a lot of our stress and so we went on to have a Merry Christmas with our family. The manager was also very helpful and offered to help in any way he could. towels only disappointment was no one tidy up the room and gave fresh towels.

Good Customer Service and very accommodating When making my reservation through Expedia I was making it for Thanksgiving night, however I put November 24 instead of November 23. I was so upset, my sister who l was visiting, called the hotel and told them about the mistake I made. They were so kind and told her that they would be more then happy to change the date and they had the same room available.
