towels only disappointment was no one tidy up the room and gave fresh towels.

Good Customer Service and very accommodating When making my reservation through Expedia I was making it for Thanksgiving night, however I put November 24 instead of November 23. I was so upset, my sister who l was visiting, called the hotel and told them about the mistake I made. They were so kind and told her that they would be more then happy to change the date and they had the same room available. Everything was fine except checkin. First the room keys didn’t work, then once they did it turned out they booked me into an occupied room. fortunately no one was there when I entered.

Just what was needed My car broke down and I needed a place tos Tary while it was fixed. Room was clean and large. Not the best soundproofing. Heard people in halls and surrounding rooms while trying to sleep in the morning. Free breakfast is minimal. Oatmeal, granola bars, and pre packaged muffins only. Only coffee and hot water are available to drink, No juices. And these are only available during breakfast time. Any other time it’s $2 for water out of the vending machine.
