The place was very clean and neat! The only thing was needing to go down for a few dishes.

Staff goes above and beyond, but facilities are outdated, not enough trash cans or security cameras. Random piles of garbage in parking lots, doors propped open with rocks, people smoking at every entrance to building. There should be 1-2 designated smoking areas. Laundry room needs change machine & vending machines should carry laundry soap & fabric softener sheets. My stay was half ok and half disappointing. I arrived about an hour early for check in and asked if they were doing early check in today. The woman at the front desk said there is a $25 early check in fee. I never been charged an early fee at any other Extended Stay so my little family and I wasted time for an hour to avoid the fee. Nice, clean and quiet place. Kelly was extremely nice and very helpful! I brought my puppy and everyone was extremely nice and helpful with the dog.
