Poor service from front desk Someone there played around with my laundry. Switched my dryer setting from low to HI. Messed up my clothes. Asked the assistant manager (Ken) to review the camera. Said the GM will do it and call me back. Never got a call back.

The bedspread was horribly dirty the carpet was stained everything looked old and worn
