Worst Place To Stay!!! They had no idea that we had reservations. Someone tried to get into our room at 2:30AM with a key, given to him by front desk-SCARY!!!, that person said that was his 3rd room front desk gave him!!!! Cockroaches in bathroom!!! Very unfriendly staff-they don't care about their customers. Very dirty and smelled like something rotted. You can't leave due to those reasons, nor will they credit you back or refund your money!!!! Horrible Hotel Dirty room and horrible customer service! The tables and the phone were covered in dirt and the front desk couldn't print a receipt because the regular person was late getting to work in the morning.

needs improvement Hotel is only a few years old but is starting to get run down, I.E. warped room doors, missing molding on countertops. While I understand that this an extended stay hotel/studio rooms, I believe more needs to be done so it doesn't give the appearance of a college dorm. For example using air freshener to mask stale cooking odors instead of opening window at the end of the hall; pictures and lights to brighten up dull hallways.
