Fair but it could've been better The bathroom was too small but that wasn't my major concern. We were a family of 5 including our 6 month old. I took my shower first. Half way into my shower the tub water stopped draining. I had no choice but to continue and complete my shower. By the time I was done i was swimming in dirty water - the tub was 3 quarters full. My wife and I showed up for our reservation after the normal lobby working hours. However when I approached the lobby door and began knocking on it, noone answered. After calling the main toll-free number to discuss the issue with a rep, I waited for an addtional 45mins total outside at the early hours of the morning. Needs a few improvements to the staff The man that check us in was very helpful. The women that took over for was rude and was less then helpful . I filled out the paper for the extended stay to tell them of trouble we had but we will never use the hotel again and are plan another trip to the location we will seek other services to find a hotel.

The Experience of a life time.. 1. Here is an idea... Leave extra pillows in every room. Every single time I stay at this hotel there is always some sort of issue with receiving extra pillows or towels...AMAZING.. Just leave the things in the hotel.. How hard is it to just put a paper seal or something around the pillow which will indicate if it has been used or not... Secondly, the night attendant quit on the spot on the very day that I arrived. Website listing not true regarding bathroom I was aware it was not an accessible hotel; however, I saw the bathroom listing as a separate tub and shower and booked with a handicapped individual because of the location to Virtua in Voohrees. When we checked in as late arrivals we found a combination tub/shower. When I spoke to the front desk I was told all were combination tub/shower. I would not have booked there knowing this. The room was clean; however, no mattress pads on the bed.

not good staff seemed lost n useless no help whatsoever black girl at front desk was more interested in her cellphone than my trip or reservation. wondering what they pay her to do? guess just play on her phone cause she sure doesnt do any work
