bad hotel I had reserved a non-smoking room, but upon arrival they said "all non-smoking rooms are gone". I had to stay in a dingy squeaky room

Disappointing experience We stayed at this Extended Stay overnight on the way from Ct to Washington D.C. Everyone should be aware that there are 2 Extended Stay America hotels right across the street from each other..I booked my room thru Hotels.com because it was a better rate than what the hotel quoted..I was standing at the desk while I booked the room And the desk clerk never informed me that there were 2 hotels near each other..Needless to say,I booked at the other hotel..When I went to the correct hotel(by this point i... read more

Disappointed photos misleading Apparently there are two buildings, a new one and across the street an old one. When you book you do not know which one you are placed in. needless to say old building is in much need of upkeep. Very disappointed!

WE'll never go back there! Hotel musty, moldly. People smoking in rooms. Beds were old,mattresses dried out, horrible dry, crunching noises everytime you moved. NO ammenities. People above us walking/stomping around; kept us awake. Refrigirator noisey! The very next morning we MOVED out! Went one block to brand new hotel for $9.00 night more! , gorgeous!!!

Never again Only gave me two pillows, 1 towel, 1 bar of soap, furniture was cheap, etc... Thankfully I was only staying for one night. I could not have stayed any longer.
