Probably the best customer service i have received at staying at a hotel, and I have stayed at many hotels!

The hotel was good, comfy bed and accessible room. The smell was weird though, there was a lingering smell was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, i enjoyed ny stay
Needs repairs The first room the door didn’t lock causing us to be late to our event since we had to change rooms

Good basic room for a quick stay. The staff members were friendly and the room was clean. Although it had a nice kitchenette with a full fridge, I don't think I would love staying here for a longer time. Things are not in the best shape - worn furniture, rippled flooring, etc. - and the bed was not all that comfortable. The breakfast is advertised as "grab-n-go", so I did not expect too much, but it was very basic - just some packaged muffins, Nutrigrain bars, and coffee. We went to Starbucks instead.
