Middle of the road Customer service was good,but the cleanliness of the room wasn't what I expected. The laundry room suck a lot I spend $10 to make two small loads The tv channels suck, most of the channels where sports but overall if you need a place to sleep is alright.

Not a bad hotel for those on a tight budget and looking for a long stay but the room need to be improved.

great location, beds however... Great location , right off the freeway close to airport and many places to go eat. Beds however where very unconfortable. Too bad. Is's a nice Hotel for the money.

great deal My wife and I used this hotel on our recent trip to Phoenix it was wonderfully located and a great price. Parking was a bit lack so we had to park away from our room a bit but overall we felt it was a great deal for the money we will use it again for sure.

Extended Stay My stay in Phoenix was amazing! The Extended Stay experience was phonomenal! I would diffinitely stay here again.

Bad Bed The condition of the room was not terrible but the shower had issues and the bed was like sleeping on a box springs, not a mattress. I will not stay there again.
