We arrived at 5:30 in the evening. The front desk went to clean the room and left us standing there for 20 mins.
Do not stay here! Front desk service was 10/10. We got our rooms and it was not as advertised! It was so bad when got I to the rooms.
The shower tub had hairs, dirty toilet and not much privacy. The window was not completely cover with the curtains.
Staff was excellent and helpful but the facilities definitely need a thorough facelift and upgrade. Spraying for bugs would be a great place to start.
It was dirty inside and out. The toilet backed up after flushing just urine and something else came back up!!! It was disgusting. I called the front and he told me that i would have to wait until 7am for the maintenance guy to try to fix it. This was at 3am!! I said that was ridiculous so he moved us to another room. Apparently this toilet had already done this before and they knew it!!! We got a partial refund and left the next morning. I would never stay at any extended stay again!!!
The room was unclean. Stains on the carpet. The pullout bed mattress was stained. The nightstand was old and missing parts of it. Next door to room there was music blasting. Heard an altercation breakout next door.
Pullout couch bed was filthy. Mattress was very old, flat, stained, and smelled.
They did not have the room we had reserved and we were put in a room that smelled unpleasant. Afterwards they moved us rooms 2 times until they finally gave us the type we reserved. Honestly it's not worth what you pay for the room. Staff is friendly
Dirty The room was not clean. Super dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Never going back.
