Worse bed ever Toss and turned all night i could not sleep. Bed was so hard, could feel the springs poking. Kind of felt like i was laying on a box spring.

Horrible place to stay, waste of money! Room had cockroaches, no bedding for the sofa bed. And the tv was falling off the wall.
The first night we got no sleep a man and a woman fighting loudly outside our room. I cracked the door to ask them to be quiet, they appeared to be on drugs. They stomped like elephants between the hours of 12 am and 4 am both nights the second night it also sounded like someone being thrown onto the floor repeatedly. The room was missing a shower curtain, towels, toilet paper and had zero amenities. Breakfast consisted of supermarket muffins and coffee.
Worst experience ever. Check in was horrible. Front desk saw my reservation but was still trying to have me pay again. Then I showed him my confirmation he then did not know how to process it and give me a room. I waited over an hour and a half to get my room. If it wasn't for being 1am in the morning I would've went somewhere else. Then at 7am front desk banging on my door saying I'm staying in a room unlawfully. And need to verify my reservation. Not the best . . .. The room smelled of cleaning solution and smoke. The beds need to be changed, they are noisy and uncomfortable. Why must the hotel charge for everything? If an item is listed as an amenity then it should be included in the price. Charge for internet. Charge for the plates and cups in the room. Charge to use the phone. Included breakfast listed as an amenity is a joke. There was nothing there at 730 am and the person at the desk was like, sorry thats all we have.
