The experience was terrible! I made a reservation for five people, there were no pillows for five people, no towels, the heating did not work, the bathroom was terrible, the carpet was torn, the presentation of the room is horrible, there was no breakfast for everyone, in general the experience was terrible! The photos they show are not the same as reality! I do not recommend it!

Ended up not staying at this facility called front desk services directly to facility and the gentleman(word used does not fit) was extremely rude and hung up without even letting myself get information said call the reservation line for their company Which informed me to contact that faculty directly and had to make 3 calls because this man was so unprofessional should not be int the hospitality industry at all. Run, don't walk.... My stay was uncomfortable. The room was not clean and not in good working order. I spent the time concerned about bugs and rodents. Look at the pictures. Second worst hotel room stay ever...

Dont stay here I booked this hotel. But after arriving, I changed my mind. I went to look at the room as you could tell from the outside this was less than a 1 star hotel!! A huge hole in the catpet, bath tub was filthy. It had a horrible odor. I cannot believe you all have this as an option. Disgusting!!

Horrible and won’t stay again You get what you pay for. Room(s) with cigarette smell, shower was dirty and my overall experience was horrible!
