I had a room booked for 1 delux king suite. Me and my fiance were given a room with two full size double beds. I showed them my printout from my online purchase which clearly stated a king suite and they said that Expedia had me down for the double bed suite. Was not happy at all. Tv' needed an upgrade, was not as comfortable with the room as we should of been. Dont know if I would ever use expedia for my traveling due to the mistake woth the room. I would like to teceive what i paid and selected.

This property was an inconvenience for me for the following reasons: • There was bad plumbing and I had to repeatedly request maintenance during my stays at this property. • The supposed “breakfast” that is claimed to be offered, (which is only Grab&Go granola bars for food options), ran out daily by 7am and it’s supposed to be offered from 6-9am. • I was placed on a DNR: Do Not Rent list for an unknown reason by someone in management or a higher up position. Close to freeway and coffee, fast food and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic granola bars, muffins, oatmeal and coffee. Room was spacious but not clean and not completely accessible. Roaches in kitchen area and by air conditioner, floor dusty, shower was a handheld but taped up so a person with limited mobility can’t use. Bed was high for a wheelchair user.
