Staff is excellent and friendly. The premises are clean and well kept. They attend to your needs.

I have been in-and-out of the extended stay at 4:55 baseline for about a month now. The ladies there are wonderful they take care of you like your family they have the place clean the outside is clean and I love staying there I'm getting my own apartment on September 5th I will be sad to leave them but happy for my own place

While at the time at check-in during the hotel they had an emergency water issue where the water was shut off they also had an issue with housekeeping where there was only one working so upon check-in we did a half an hour wait the front desk did chip in to do more than beyond their scope of Duty to be able to make sure that we had an available room even with an upgrade.
