Brand is OK but are The People behind the Brand The lady at the front desk was very rude unprofessional and what's up with lady in the Lobby with a Dof and Reptile as if she's the .Mother of the Hotel or something. Not what I paid for she SHOULD be in her room like all other guests.

PERFECTLY AWESOME!!!!! There awesome when i had issues w booking co Serina (not sure of spelling) walked me thru the process i had two phones going one w her one on internet and she helped me book the correct room to accomadate my service dog. And then the hotel was amazing clean quiet professional staff and the room was perfect all the comforts of home except i didnt have to do anythng but enjoy the large room comfy bed all just AWESOME we will return to this GREAT HOTEL!!!
