Interesting stay Breakfast of granola bars, muffins, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Walls are paper thin. Heard police across hall, and another couple arguing outside. (Windows closed and we were on 3rd floor.)

Looks nice on the outside, but...... Room was in need of updating-coating peeling off of tub, tub stained. Needs new carpet. I felt uncomfortable, somewhat unsafe with the long term residents there who appeared to be homeless. One was going through the ashtray looks for cigarette butts. I will not stay there again.

The hotel itself - outside was nice, quiet. Staff was really pleasant. The room itself was not good. Curtains: we couldn't open them because there were no sheer curtains underneath the black out drapes. We were on the first floor, with a view to an Auto Shop. Chairs in the dining room - DIRTY! Stained. We did not have extra linen or pillows for the sofa bed, which was very dirty with brown stains on it.

Friendly welcome at check in. Once in the room, sheer disappointment. Terrible layout, horrible lighting, banged up furniture, filthy/sticky nightstand, peeling tub with blackened grout. Even the colors were ugly. I didn’t read details of free breakfast- instant oatmeal packets and hostess muffins. The room had a smell, not terrible, but now that we’re unpacking, we can smell it on our clothes. The bed was not uncomfortable, but we only had 3 pillows for two people.
