Not impressed My family and I arrived to the hotel and tried to check in. They said they didn't have the room I booked. The girl at the desk if I just booked a room that day, which I didn't; I booked it about 5 weeks prior. They ended up upgrading our room to what I think they called the "Presidential Suite." We ended up needing a roll away bed because there wasn't enough room for everyone as we booked a room with 2 beds and ended up with one. After we checked into our room we walked up to the room and the floors weren't the cleanest. The bathroom was a little dark maybe better lightening. They left the windows open so everything was super loud.

Everything was great. But the morning continental breakfast wasn’t up or perhaps out of stock and need restocking, waited 5 min. But I had to leave for an appt at 9:00 am. Other that was a great facility and front desk clerks were nice.

WAS Osborm Easy access to lightrail. Nearby walk to Encanto Park. Could use more dining options.
