Nice hotel to book last minute. Not happy that they charged me $15 to check in 55 minutes early. My ac went out and I had an infant whom I couldn't have in AZ weather conditions. The 15 was charged for checkin in 4 hours early which I only needed less than an hour. If I paid for it I should have been able to use the unused 3 hours for a late check out the next day

The stay was nice room is clean but hot took awhile for the room to cool down the room was kind of clean so so there were some issues with the AC unit that eventually never got resolved overall it was an okay stay wish I can get compensated for the night with no AC special in Arizona

The A/C unit in the room was excetionally noisey & the remote control did not work. There hair was in the bathroom sink as well.

Close to everything Great location. Bedding, not so great. Mattress good be much better. Bed linens also could be nicer.

Good weekend getaway Overall stay was good. AZ bike week was in town, but no overcrowding. Quiet location. We had to ask for utensils if we wanted them. Although it was for the weekend kinda odd for a long term stay.

Spacious room. Bad mattress. The room was clean and spacious. But the mattress was hard. I had trouble sleeping and woke up with a back ache. Also the TV is so low it's difficult to watch while in bed.

Really cost for cleaning your room Never stayed at a hitel whrre your room isnt cleaned daily. I had to take my towels downstairs and exchange them for new ones. Also hardly any water pressure in the shower. Will never stay at this chain again
