We had issues with a toilet baking up the first night. The hotel does not have weekend maintenance and we were told where the plunger was. It was not there and the desk told us they would bring us one which didn't happen. In the morning we told the front desk and it was subsequently fixed. The the managers credit I stated my issues on an evaluation from the hotel and she apologized and addressed all issues. I will stay here again .

The hotel was currently being remodeled so a bit hectic. Our room was clean, comfortable and the staff was courteous and helpful. We would stay again.

Overall great place to stay...few minor issues with room. No hangers no dishes (I now have to ask for them) and air conditioner worked when it wanted to. This last stay was the only time the air conditioner did that. I stay there about once a month.

Not as good as last time Thee hotel is undergoing renovations so some dust is expected. They had opposite sides of the floor closed so I had work going on above me on the third floor while they worked on the opposite end of the second floor. There is also only one elevator that was used for patrons and the construction crew which was never really clean. Good location/price west side of Phoenix This hotel is well located in Glendale, a suburb on the west side of Phoenix. On a major East/West road, just a few blocks from the 101 loop freeway, you can quickly go into Phoenix, Peoria, Suprise or over to Scottsdale.. Arrowhead Mall with major stores is only blocks away. Stay America Great hotel and value however the heavier set lady is very unpleasant to deal with.

Convenient location This was a return trip to this hotel for me. I was traveling solo and intrated mainly in price. It's a good value for the low rate.
