Nice for cheap extended stay hotel. Rarely anyone at front desk or available at all at the hotel. Had to call a central location for help.
Good value Simple amenities, nice staff, no problems
Trip Front desk personnel very nice, especially Zoey. Comfortable stay & good area with shops & lots of restaurants.
Nice Place to Stay We were greeted by the person showing up for her shift, but because the front desk area is locked, she was unable to assist us. Seems there is only one person there at a time to help you, if needed elsewhere, there's a sign stating they are busy helping a guest, but no idea when they would return. We did not get housekeeping, but not a problem with two adults that can pick up after themselves. The room was clean when we checked in and that is what truly mattered. We found the actual hotel, room, grounds, etc. quite nice and well kept. Our room looked as though it had been recently redone and was clean and bright. We were shocked that you have to take dirty towels to desk for changing. They had no Kleenex for the first 4 days of our stay and you could get 1 roll of toilet paper at a time, so several trips were needed to the desk. Had to request hand/bath soap and face cloth.

Nice clean property,, But it's cheap for a reason The property is clean, convenient for business travel, I would guess that if you were here in Glendale for an extended stay this would be perfect, but you have to rent the cups and plates and cookware separately. There is no ice machine on the property. Ice trays in the freezer. But the bed was fine and room and bathroom were very clean. And it was very inexpensive.

equipment not working hotel booked up. a/c didn't work. rooms clean all in all everything ok. no A/C or fan working in room. no continental breakfast. No. Pool. or gym.

Breakfast bar Only one complaint; breakfast bar was insufficient. No waffles, no omelets, no toast, etc. Otherwise, quite satisfied.
