Love his place We have to go to Sun City to help out family members. This hotel is in a great location with a hot breakfast bar and hot cookies at night! Now the hotel is getting a little dated, the bathroom tile, countertop and room is needs to be refreshed. Nothing bad and I still love this place.

Found the sourrounding area very pleasant, lots of options for food. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were real clean. Would recommend this hotel to others. Safe place to stay the night.

Highly recommended This is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. Very clean hotel and rooms, kitchenette was very accommodating. Personnel was very friendly and prompt. Wouldn't stay any where else, this place is better than any 5 star resort.

Poor customer service Spent 3 nights here.After some initial confusion about my room, I was given a different room than I was supposed to have. The reason: my dog. The girl checking me in lectured me about this being my fault for booking thru Hotels.com and not checking with the hotel personally. While I appreciate that she made an exception to accommodate a dog over 30 lbs., she rudely informed that I should always check with the property first!
