Good for an extended stay on a budget Is a very nice clean hotel, close to all the stores you could possibly need and to freeways as well. My only real complaint, is the lack of amenities at the hotel. Have to go to the gas station to buy ice. Continental breakfast is very lacking, coffee and muffins and a few pieces of fruit is it. It is very nice to have a full size fridge in the room and the availability to cook you own food. I would definitely stay here again
Last minute stay 1st night a little rough, hotel was full of Super Bowl visitors. Next 3 nights went fine. Room had some minor cleanliness issues and no cookbook. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel rooms had no hairdryer, no shampoo or lotion, no coffee maker and you had to rent dish package. Room was never made up and clean towels and sheets were not offered. We were there for 4 nights.

decent Not bad at all. Wish I was told on the way in to bring dirty towels down to be replaced and no house keeping during stay unless requested..other than thatthe bed was decent
It Kept the Rain Off of Us Just as the name says it is an extended stay. No room cleaning every day - just when you leave there. Place constantly smelled of grass.

Good Location in Peoria Low water pressure, no maid service, uncomfortable bed and pillows

Multiple Pet Owners Beware! While description says Pet Fee is $25 per accommodation, once you arrive Rule #1 is only ONE PET. Also, although relatively new, everything seems done on the cheap. Towels are paper-thin. Breakfast is coffee and a few granola bars, no juice, fruit and muffin baskets empty. Linoleum floor in bath and entry. Three pillows, four hangers. No one at front desk for at least 20 minutes to check in. So I left and came back an hour later to have someone check me into my room.
