Convenient
Not bad. A little rough around the edges but price was right. Seems like good part town. Tons of restaurants within walking distance overall pretty good staff friendly. Helpful

Everything was good.
Good basic room while going to Final 4. Breakfast was very basic, pre packaged oatmeal, muffins and fruit bars, coffee and hot chocolate packets, would have liked more options. The area goes dead after 9pm with late night food options not existant. Relied on Uber so would rent a car next time. Overall, clean room and solid stay, thanks!
