The bed was a little uncomfortable
Great customer service. Housekeeping needs to improve and pay more attention to cleaning the bathroom/bathtub.

For a quick trip it fit well.
Hotel staff are wonderful.The location is ideal-near Trader Joe's, Arrowhead Mall, Target, Nordstrom Rack, thrift stores, etc. The room was cozy & quiet. Even though it was the busy holday season I slept well. Kitchenette was great, and I was able to control the room temperature with the AC/heat unit. Nice hiking trail just to the south, the Skunk Creek trail.The only thing I would change was the hot water was not quite hot enough for me.

Great hotel reasonably priced Really nice hotel, very clean, nice kitchen area. You can get a 'dish set' at front desk, and everything in a bin, and cleaned. Pet-friendly, very convenient location.
