Great Location It was easy, comfortable and convenient. Enjoyed having a full kitchen, making it quick for breakfast and storing meals.

Werden wir nicht nochmal besuchen Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Das so genannte Frühstück ist aber eher ein Witz.... Man nennt es "Grab and go breakfast", d.h. man findet dort Kaffee, Äpfel, Müsliriegel, und abgepackte Muffins vor. Tee, Saft, Toast oder Bagel sind nicht vorgesehen. Zudem wird das Hotel aktuell komplett (innen und außen) gestrichen, sodass man nicht mal ein Fenster öffnen konnte. Die weiße Decke des Bettes war voller dunkler Haare, was eher zum Gehen als zum Bleiben einlud...

Third Stay At Extended Stay America The hotel is undergoing an updating and my room was finished very nicely. I was in Phoenix to look for a place to live as I plan to move there in September. The hotel is located in the center of the area where I was looking at various condos and was convenient for me. The kitchenette has everything you need if you chose to eat in. Very convenient for my needs. Staff checked me in early on both stays. This was a big help.

I was put in a smoking room even though my reservation said "allergic to cigarette smoke." The hotel moved me. the room numbers were post-it notes. the room did not have lotion, shampoo or any bath supplies except soap. They do not clean the room every day only every week since it is extended stay. Must take cabs or car to get to malls, golf courses or other locations.

good value for price checked in after 6pm, went to use the bathroom, there was no toilet paper. called front desk and was told we had to come down to pick up because attendant was checking in guests. got downstairs, there were no guests and attendant had disappeared leaving toilet paper on counter. Had the room been cleaned properly, they would have replaced toilet paper.
