upset i requested non-smoking got a smoking room.. not to impressed upset I requested a non-smoking room and they stuck me in a smoking room.

General state of maintenance poor. No TV remote control. No TV power cord!!!! Rear door entry system for key card did not operate. One peson on duty - had to wait some time for check in as person was absent, having left sign on counter noting return shortly. Inexpensive doesn't hasve to mean cheap. Disappointed.

Surprisingly convenient If Iwere going to stay in a place for any leength of time I would definitely consider this hotel. There was some renewal construction going on which meant the halls were unfinished but once in the room things were just fine

Good Value Very nice for the price. Excellent location. Quiet. I'd stay there again. During the day of my arrival I had telephoned to let them know that I would be arriving late. I was told that was no problem just use the buzzer and call box. Unfortunately when I arrived the buzzer and call box were not working. It was about 15 minutes before an attendent walked by the door and heard me knocking. That person had not been told that I would be arriving late. Once I got in and got my room key things were fine.

Extended stay n scottsdale az I found this hotel to be convenient to shopping, banks, activities and highways within 2 or less miles. The check in was quick and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for 1 or more nights as it was also a friendly place to meet other travelers

Walls a bit thin The walls in our studio hotel room were a bit thin, - could easily hear the neighbors doing just about anything. The refrigerator made noise all night, even once I turned it down to a 2/10. Other than that, the place was very comfortable, was well kept, accommodating, I loved the swivel TV and the bed. Good usable kitchen. Would recommend.

Good Location...good price If they would have had standard shampoo and conditioner, I would have been much more pleased with my stay. It was a decent room at a good price, considering the location and the proximity to the 101 and to the golf course I needed to be at the next morning.
