Great front office staff upon check-in. They even offered to carry up my kitchen supplies for me! Hotel is what I had expected as I have stayed at this chain in other cities.

Condition of room Blanket was dirty. Horrible odor. I had to buy a air freshner to make it inhabitable. If they have a refrigerator, microwave etc at least tell us beforehand that we have to pay extra for dishes etc so we know to bring our own.

ok stay No dishes in the room had to go to the front desk and request them. AC didn't work very well.

We no longer keep dishes in guest rooms for sanitary purposes but guests are able to request equipment free of charge. Still, we are pleased to know that we were able to provide them. Yes for kitchen + dishwasher; no for housekeeping Recently renovated room with a small stove (two burners), fridge, and dishwasher (and lots of cupboards for storing food and dishes), so this hotel would be great if you wanted to do your own cooking. Housekeeping didn't come for any of the four days that I stayed, so bring extra towels if you don't want to use the same two hotel ones again and again. extended stay visit It was okay, the no maid service of getting clean towels etc. was not something I was used to or liked? and I hated the bed and pillows (icky feather pillows) and cigarette burn marks in the blanket, only one plastic glass for drinking, no coffee maker
Spring Training Stay I spent four nights at this hotel for Spring Training. Booked a room with two queen beds. Upon checking in, I was advised that my room was given to another guest, staff claiming that they had multiple Brian's checking in on that day. I was given two-one bed rooms in an attempt to resolve this issue. The first room had a musky scent to it. The second room reeked of curry and we never went back in that room our entire stay.
