We booked an Exyended Stay sobwe would be able to make and eat our dinner in the room due tonfood allergies and restrictions. I was shocked to find thenroom had dinnerware or flatware......not even a coffeemaker which is standard in virtually anynhotel room nowdays. When we wentbto settle in for the night we realized the mattress onbone of the beds was upside down....the pillowtop portion was on the boxspring. Not worth the money The hotel is a miss. The first room we had was terrible. The curtains were ripped and would not close, missing furniture and the safety look was missing. The room was probably the worst I have had in 40 plus years of travel. We requested a new room which was marginally better. Breakfast is bad. Pity as the hotel is ion a great location and staff is great. Owners need to invest some money in upgrades to make it all it can be.

The sink was stopped up. There was a roach running across the bathrooom. The jacuzzi wasnt working. It smelled like marijuana. I can go on and on but I think you get the picture.

Extended stay can mean: displaced jobless people put up at taxpayer expense and think that the property is theirs to act how they chose ie: loud, obnoxious, smoking (within 10 ft) of the front entrance. Swimming in the pool when the lights are off late at night screaming. Partying in the parking lot late night. Setting off M80's....sounded like gun fire.....unsafe, unclean & unaccommodating ......

The WORST! The room was terrible. Totally falsely advertised. We were there for 10 min, which was 9 minutes too long! The room smelled , the sofa bed advertised was a twin and the foam mattress was ripped and not made up. The other bed was a double, not a queen. There wasn’t even room to turn around with the luggage cart! We immediately booked a room at another hotel, and then canceled that one. We received our refund within 24 hours. That was the best part of our stay!! Xavion was really helpful and tried to help us.

VERY poor conditions - not clean, pillow had mildew on it, shower had mildew & yellow buildup. Desk was falling apart, NO extra blankets for sofa sleeper. Pool area only had one take & two chairs - looks NOTHING like the pictures on site! such a disappointment. The girl at front desk was nice - I will not suggest this place nor stay here again
