The front desk manager was very friendly, but he was all alone with a line of 4 people who needed something that should have already been in the room. The “continental breakfast” included an assortment of 4 Quaker oatmeal packets and coffee. The Coffee looked like iced tea. It was 3/4 portion of water to 1/4 actual coffee. Everyone that tried to get a cup Of coffee was very unhappy and there was no one around. We waited at least 30 mins but no one came to the front desk over that time.

The beds are uncomfortable and it stinks in there

Just ok The hotel was just ok. I never saw any grab and go breakfast, as listed,-just coffee. I was counting on some type of breakfast since I didn’t have a car and had to rely on Lyft. I was awakened at 3:00 a.m. with noise which sounded like someone moving furniture. So, not a good sleep.

Been there - done that. Never again! OMG Ewww! The musty old smoke rubber smell started it off. Our room keys were given to us in a post it note. The bed was not clean. It was more than lint and when we asked for additonal sheets, they were handed over no questions; kinda like it was expected. The dishwasher literally had chunks of food in the bottom of it. Don’t stay here! This brand has gone downhill. This is an extended stay where the amenities should include all loving staples such as fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, coffee makers , dishes and pots and pans. Their new service is you have to request these things when you check in. So we got a few dishes and that’s it. No microwave. We had a mini fridge and a stove that did not work.
