Never again! Dirty rooms, cockroach’s all over floor, mold and water damage under sink, burned out lights, beds had sheets with stains, uncomfortable and lumpy, clock not working with alarm going off and no way to shut it off. Only 2 outlets available to use. Definitely not worth the cost for the room.

Crime Scene Well, we stayed on the 2nd floor and were a witness to a crime scene on the 3rd floor. My children have never been interviewed by a detective, well that was a first. Good staff, but bad experience.

Do NOT stay here. This was one of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed. The pull out couch mattress had a huge disgusting stain on it. The queen bed had stains all over the sheets. The pull out couch didnt even have sheets. I had to ask for sheets and make it myself. There was something flung onto the ceiling above the bed. We slept on top of the sheets. The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty. The main fooor had a bad odor. The room I rented was tiny hardly call it a suite. The sofa bed was missing the mattress so the couch sunk and when we opened to pull it out to sleep noticed the mattress was missing. Had to switch rooms. Breakfast was not a breakfast but a poorly stocked snack bar.

I was turned away from the property because they were overbooked, and that fact did not show up on Expedia‘s booking portal. Besides that the look of the property was very disappointing, especially for North Scottsdale.

The Worst Experience The suit was very dirty. I checked in very late and was tired from my drive from Cali. Used toilet paper roll, with some nasty bloody looking substance on the roll holder. Entire suire was dusty. No chair to go with the desk. I had to bring the chair to room myself. Ice trays were filthy. My worse experience.

Needs maintenance Run down. Dirty. First room AC broken and loud, second room no bathroom fan, gum on carpet, trash in halls, advertised breakfast was coffee and bags of granola.

Would not recommend The check-in was very smooth. The gentleman who helped was friendly. However, the hotel was dirty, the carpet was also dirty. The hotel mentions breakfast offered. But it only had oatmeal and a few muffins. They did offer coffee. The room had an old smell. The shower only had one small shampoo for 6 people. Good thing we always pack our shampoo and conditioner.
