We stayed there as family was having at procedure at Mayo Clinic. We really weren’t in the room much but when we were, we heard a person cough as they were walking by. It was like they were in the same room with us. There was tons of light showing around the door frame and we heard every little sound from other rooms. Night staff unbelievably helpful, went out of their way. Daystaff staff with purple hair tried their best to correct problem with cleaning staff
