Very basic bed are really uncomfortable Zero amenities. Floors were dirty I don’t think they have mop in a very long time my socks were filthy. Great food option in next door shopping center. Great price but not worth it for bad points. It states gran and go breakfast hum!!! Really bad coffee and packed very stale muffins two flavors. How is that considered breakfast

It seemed like somebody smoked in the room for long time. It is so weird in the non- smoking hotel.

Most people dont sleep with DOGS Understanding that the Hotel is not a 5 star to begin with, It was OK and on par with similiar Hotels; 6, 8 etc. a couple of things...Change DOG ROOMS to a select few and not allow in all rooms..maybe bottom floor only.... Change corporate mindset of all employees implementing positive customer values...from reception to house cleaning with support from management

Cockroaches everywhere Place is OK countertop was wobbling. Woke up in the morning with roaches everywhere completely disgusting
