Avoid Horrible and slow with refund. Piss stains on the bed. They don’t change sheets, room smelled like there was a corpse for a month

Do not believe the write-up on this site Rooms advertised as smoking and the reservation was accepted. Arrived and was told that there are zero smoking rooms at this hotel. Desk clerk was not helpful just stated that this was now a non-smoking motel. No service for the room unless requested. No phones that worked properly and the day clerk said the phone system "weirdest phone system for the rooms". No instruction sheet on the phone to even call the desk! It has gone downhill from my last visit. . It was a great visit last time. Aparthotel now has nothing in the room or kitchen other than a bed, TV, and soap & towels in the bathroom. You have to go to Reception and ask for even a coffee mug. Too much for a senior like me. Won't go back. The staff were great and not their fault.

Had to wait nearly 20 mins for a staff member to come to front desk for check in. Intoxicated (homeless?) people were hanging around public areas on the property. Enroute to room we observed what appeared to be a drug transaction in front of a room 2 doors down. Upon entry, room appeared clean but there were no pillows nor toilet paper. We left immediately.
