The room was spotless but some fixing can be done to the bathroom doors, cabinets etc.

I have no problem with my room and the hotel starf are so friendly and easy to get along with
Mattress on pullout couch in first room was badly stained and lumpy/bumpy so had to change rooms. Mattress in the second room was clean but also lumpy and very uncomfortable and the pillow provided for that by the front desk was unusable. There were no hangers in the closet and the shelves in the closet were falling down.
