My experience check in with a breeze it was a easy check-in and also the front desk clerk was very nice and polite understanding and the room was clean spacious I love it it always feels like I'm home they make it comfortable for you and I just love how clean it is and how they take pride in Their Hotel

Hotels.com should refund some cash or give free Gina and Peter are Great! Maintenance of rooms could have been better, broken door missing items, toulet backs up. I would like some type of refund. this is not what I was expecting for what I paid!

Limited service. Not very clean. Smelly lobbies. Service is non existent. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Just an overnight stay to visit the university nearby. The hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable.
