Television did not work,no resolution from front desk. I will not use travelocity again
Waste of money
VERY UNSANITARY THEY ONLY CLEAN THE ROOMS WHEN NEW GUESTS ARRIVE THE HALLWAYS SMELL OF CIGARETTES AND MARIJUANA CANNABIS BAGGIES ARE LEFT ON THE CARPET IN THE HALLWAYS THEY EXPLAIN IT AWAY BY SAYING THEY ARE SHORT STAFF OR COVID RELATED IF THAT IS THE CASE THE RATES NEED TO BE LOWERED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
SMELLS LIKE AN ASTRAY
The other guests next to my room are oblivious to the fact that they aren’t the only people in the building it’s loud their kids roam/ run in the hallway at ungodly hours not to mention the constant smell of smoke the musk from the carpet etc
The hallway reeks of cigarette smoke and pet urine
ABSOLUTELY FILTHY . The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. They never came to clean our room or bring fresh towels. The floor was disgusting and sticky. The bathroom door was hanging off the hinges. There was even dog poop in the middle of the hallway. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. Wish I could get a refund. Awful experience. Definitely overpriced.
The hotel was extremely dirty and smells like garbage everywhere. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and the hotel claims that it is smoke free . The worst of it all was finding an empty shell casing on the floor.
