The check in staff was AMAZING however upon arriving to my room there was food scraps in the microwave it wasn’t cleaned and also trash in the garbage bin to add insult to injury the room had roaches.

Worst places to stay... To be honest with you you better take your chances at a cheaper please the service will be better management will be better over the years it was a completely went down the manager dawud is one of the worst managers I’ve seen in a long time no compassion no customer service skills whatsoever and does not care about the customers that are in his location as well as not in forcing the wear a mask protocol that is in place. Our rooms were a non smoking area however there were people who were smoking cigarettes and marijuana. Complained to the front and nothing was done about it. Staff didnt take care of people screaming in the lobby and front of the hotel

The room smell of Indian food. Woke up at 3 am to noise of generator and water running. Called the front desk twice without any resolution. Walls are thin. We can hear people talking outside our rooms.

The place had dead roaches and bugs. The bathroom and kitchen wasn’t clean. There was stains on the couch and the swivel chair. The room had a very musty smell to it. The front desk was MIA to ask for anything, to switch a room or at least make the one I was in comfortable.

The room didnt have anything it was supposed to, housekeeping was an extra fee, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pull out looked as if it had never been clean.
