They don't respect privacy. They opened the door while I'm in the room 3 times 2 hours before check out time. Thankfully I had the lock from inside.

The worst among extended stay hotels I have seen I have checked in to the hotel @ 2 AM in morning and as soon as I entered into the room there was lot of bad smell throughout the room, sofa bed was torn and overall room looked as it was not cleaned for ages. We requested for change of room and the lady at reception acknowledge and went to clean another room for abot 30 to 45 mins. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY....and there was a foul stench in the room & the bathroom smelled like stale piss. I reserved 2 nights, but I left @ 10pm on the 2nd night..only because after work I went out to dinner with a colleague and returned around 9:30pm, which is when I decided to leave. I wish I could upload photos because I took some. The telephone had plenty of dirt and grime on it and the fridge had grunge on it & the stove hood vent was dirty with grime...this room was nasty...the sofa had stains on it & there was a large te... read more

The facility is pretty run down. The refrigerator in my room was very noisy, the night lamps did not work and the toilet did not flush. In general very poor experience.

Property is in serious need of updating. Room was not properly cleaned. Carpet felt damp and dirty. Will never stay there again.

Musty moldy hotel The only thing that was good at this place was the coffee and the friendliness of the staff. Overall the hotel itself was gross. I arrived in from out of town very late and was unable to change my stay so last minute. Upon entering the hotel I was hit with an overwhelming aroma of musty carpet and feet. My room had the same aroma with the addition of cigarettes. This by far was the worst hotel business stay I have had to date. Not clean enough The hallway had a strong odor. The sheets had some dirt on them and one of the washcloth had a stain.
