Please Clean Room size and layout were great however, thatis where it stops. The property is extremely unclean. My stay was booked for 3 nights and I did not see any cleaning my entire stay. I would not recommend this property.

We had ants in our room in the window and the air conditioning unit. They were going to spray raid and leave the window open but we said that wasn't acceptable. They moved us to another room and the toilet didn't flush properly. Also when I told them no one cleaned my room they said guests staying for only a few days have to pay extra for housekeeping. Was not told that when I booked it. And for some strange reason both rooms we were in had dirty plates sitting by the door when we got there.

Dead bolt on did not work. The hotel manager looked that the problem with me and agreed about the issue. The door was next to the rear exit of the hotel - The door at the rear of the hotel was propped open with an area rug. Nothing was done about fixing the dead bolt. This hotel is not safe to stay at.

We arrived and found out the room we booked was oversold. We were traveling with kids and had to split up.

They gave us a room that was already occupied. The staff was not courteous and kept talking down to us after giving us the incorrect room. After they gave us an unoccupied room, the staff woke us up in the early morning at 3:00AM to find out how we had occupied the new room. The previous staff had failed to update in the system. The property was very dirty. The rooms were very dirty and were not cleaned properly. The sink was not draining and the incinerator was not working. Promised one thing and got something else We booked 1 room with 6 beds, however we got two separate rooms with one queen sized bed each. So only 4 people could stay. Also towels etc were given only for two people per room (for total or 4 people) even though we booked it for 6 people and paid extra for the extra guests. The rooms are very old and run down.

Under construction not what I expected The hotel could have been nice, however the room was dirty, towels included, so they were never used. The entire half of the hotel was under construction with plastic on the carpets etc. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay.

The room we reserved was not available, there’s no pool (advertised as a pool was available) rooms were not clean, no housekeeping done. Bathtub not draining and contacted them 3,times before they fixed it Beds were very uncomfortable.
