Bad review This hotel was awful. The room smelled upon walking in and was told that the floor above us was a smoking floor. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky and even if we wanted to prepare food, there were no utensils to do so! The stove looked like it had never been scoured. The bathroom wasn't much better, there was hair in the tub and visible dirt on the floor. Wasn't totally sure the bedding was clean either!! We couldn't go elsewhere because no availability anywhere. Overall bad experience Location not where we expected, shuttle service not available on weekend, room smelled terrible (other guests complained of rooms worse then ours,) no utensils in room,and for the worst part... an employee of the hotel appentely was sleeping in a room across from ours and was late for work, so beginning at 5:30 am someone continuously banged on the door and then reprimanded him for being late!!!

I have never stayed in such bad hotel! 1. "Continental breakfast included" - lie, there was none. 2. All doors were bouncing, so you felt like someone knocks into your door every minute. 3. In the bathroom there was no any ventilation, so you couldn't take a shower with the closed door, you would suffocate. 4. There was a case for fan, but no fan in it. 5. No trash cans in the bathroom.

Can only go up from there The worst hotel on our trip. Worst reception. Reserved two rooms with king beds. Got one queen bed per room. Sticky bathroom floor.

find something else Registration process took 45 minutes. Were supposedly overbooked; blamed it on Expedia but magically room appeared! Obnoxious and unhelpful gentlemen at réception, ...

I've stayed in nicer Frat Houses!! Everything smelled like cigarette smoke! The hallways, the lobby, and the entire room. It was disgusting. The room was rather dirty. It looked like someone sneezed on the mirror in the bathroom and nobody wiped it off. There was not a single trash can in the entire hotel room! How is this possible!? I felt like a jerk leaving a pile of dirty paper towels and trash on the coffee table but where else was I supposed to put it!? WIFI did not work. Not completely comfortable. The kitchen area and bathroom were still dirty when I checked in. I cleaned over everything myself. The air conditioning unit should be cleaned out as well. Not the best, but I'm sure it's not the worst as well.
