Extended Stay does not care. It says in its search text that it provides breakfast, but this is only to get customers, It provides coffee and muffin only during breakfast time and then removes all. No Coffee even during day and night. The staff is untrained. (lot of money saved). They arbitrarily are pleasant to some and difficult on others. A cleaning lady may appear from nowhere just to insult a customer and when it comes to do service or room cleaning, she may fail at times.

NEVER AGAIN! This was a trip from Florida to New Jersey for a soccer tournament. This hotel was close to the fields and appeared to have decent reviews. Not sure from whom! We checked in hotel and were told that if we needed clean sheets after today or towels that we would need to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to switch out. The first night, take a shower and go to dry my hair and there is no hair dryer. The cooling unit was blocked by the pull-out sofa (which we needed) so the person in that bed froze, while my husband and I sweltered. Also, there were dirty dishes in the hall in front of an other room for 3 days.

I booked a deluxe studio, a queen bed with a sofa bed for two nights. The reason I chose this hotel because it has a mini kitchen. The queen bed was super bouncy, felt like sleeping on a trampoline! I had a headache after my first night slept with my teen kid on it. The kitchen was just ok: the stove worked very slow, the fan was lound but didn’t do anything. Would never like to stay again. Used utensils kept outside my room for entire evening and night, after my 3rd request in morning I saw it removed. Dirty, smelly and pathetic in total. WORST INTERNET SERVICE. Paid for parking while booking which is free at the property. Would never recommend anyone to stay in this property.

The desk clerk acted like we were bothering him for showing up. The kitchen was dirty, the refrigerator had something spilled down the side and garbage under it. The dishwasher door was broken and the inside was dirty. The bathtub had a ring around the tub, there was a cap of some sort in the drain of the sink, there was what appeared to be blood on the wall. weekend trip with family Called the hotel and requested rooms together and I was told that they would not be together but on the same floor. When we arrived at the hotel the rooms were on different floors and the front desk clerk told me that he could not put me on the same floor since the room on the same floor was out of order. The couch in one of the rooms had a big slit in the top.

Not satisfied Tub drain was very sluggish, and I was charged twice for the room, after being assured I would not. Next morning I had to try to have issue rectified, I will say the manager was very pleasant, and did his best to assist, and make me happy.
