comforting I was taking my son to his first Steelers game coming from Virginia, we had car trouble the whole way so we got in late, the lady at the counter greeted me by name which I thought was awesome & she fixed a few administative things so we didnt have to worry about anything, she was very helpful & the room was great, would definitly stay there again........and to top it all off....... The Steelers won & my son had the time of his life!!!

Great place This hotel didn't have a good rep but I tried t anyway. It was very clean and everyone was very nice. I told them about their bad ratings and they said they got rid of some people that weren't good for the hotel. So give it a try. Cant beat the price.

This Hotel is welcoming place Good hotel to spend couple nights. The room is clean expect the carpet needs to be changed. Bathroom is OK.

Clean The place is old. It smelled funny. Smoke smell in the hallway. The room was clean. Sheets and bathroom were clean. There is no hotel service. The staff was friendly. The "long-termer" I met in the laundry room was friendly. It is basically an "efficiency" apartment. Make your own bed, get your own towels. Wash your own dishes. Plenty of room with 3 kids and two adults. We made a lot of noise, so no comment on that.

So, So hotel Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Great size to the room and well equiped. Unfortunately pillows and linens in non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke. The mattresses were the worst! Slept in the recliner most of the night.

Extended Stay Deluxe Pittsburgh Checked in after midnight with no problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have no problem if I had to live in the room for a month because all that you need is there ... TV, DVD player, full refrigerator, stove, and microwave, even a recliner. Maid service only once a week.
