great hotel it was a great hotel,people were very friendly. the room was very big, han everything you needed..i would recomend to anyone...thumbs up to extended stay deluxe hotel...

Great Staff, Clean Room, Nice Stay We were there just because it was close to the Pittsburgh Airport. It was a nice hotel. The kitchen was a little out dated, but thats not a big deal. Over all a nice hotel.

Black Mold at Shower/Tub Besides cutting out complimentary breakfast and internet access to save cost, I think they are also trying to cut cost in maintenance. Problems reported to the management include: at both ends of the grab-bar at the shower/tub we found black molds growing; coat hooks in the bathroom was left missing; hairline crack at bottom of the tub; peeling plaster/paint at the ceiling of the bath-room possibly due to the leaky tub a floor above; etc. However, the room/suite was large & clean - pretty good value ... read more

pleasant surprise Way better than expected! Lots of space and tastefully decorated. Only complaint...needed desk help at 1:00AM and no one in sight. Key would not work to open door and no one at desk.

Everything you could need in a hotel room and more My parents came in town to visit me on Fourth of July weekend and this was the only hotel that I could get them a room in at the last minute. It turned out to be the greatest last minute decision ever. My parents loved having a full refrigerator, microwave, and stove and being so close to tons of restaurants and stores. Reasonable and affordable One can nitpick on many things but the room matters most and we were very happy with it. 4 adults and 2 children. Grandparents used the sofa bed and we used the two double beds. No complaints with the sofabed or our beds. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. Super Walmart is close by. Next to a very big shopping mall/area so you can travel light. Staff is very friendly. You have ask for a change of towels and toiletries at the office (don't hesitate, the staff doesn't bite). Best Value in Pittsburgh Freindly and helpful staff with clean rooms, Low, low rate with minimal services, if you want more you pay minimal additional fees, le, $4.95 for up to 30 days of wireless internet, $3.00 for Clean Sheets, Towels, Full Housekeeping daily. That's fair.

Excellent Staff It was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again next time I have to goto Pittsburg. There are a ton of places to eat and shop nearby. The staff is very nice and very helpful, especially [...]! The rooms are big and nice and it looked and felt clean. I would recommend you bring your own pillows though theirs were awful.
