Excellent Staff It was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again next time I have to goto Pittsburg. There are a ton of places to eat and shop nearby. The staff is very nice and very helpful, especially [...]! The rooms are big and nice and it looked and felt clean. I would recommend you bring your own pillows though theirs were awful.
Wonderful experience! The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the room was clean and well kept. I love that we were able to open the window in the room as well! One of my best hotel experiences ever.
There were bed bugs and smelled of smoke. We had to leave. The front desk person was nice. But that doesn’t help the terrible conditions. No screen on the window, mold under sink and poop on the bathroom wall and the furniture was falling apart. The bed bugs did it we had to get out of there and fast!

Stayed for 3 nights. The pros: the room was clean and location is good. That’s it. Cons: The bed was absolutely horrible. Only slept a few hrs each night, half the time no one at front desk, breakfast is prepackaged cereal bars and muffins, place is super dated and beat up which reminded me of a truck stop motel, the room smelled like must and cigarettes, you will hear every step above you when someone walks so noisy.

The hotel was fire alarmed and flooded. We had to leave to rebook other hotel. No notice from the hotel or Expedia so far. And the protection bought never can approached.
I arrived at the hotel to discover it had been condemned because a previous guest had shot out the water pipes. No one let me know ahead of time that the hotel was unusable. Clearly the circumstance was unusual, but someone should have notified the guests who were coming so we could make other arrangements.
Some staff members were very rude to us when asking for small requests, the hotel did not have extra towels and blankets and it was not made clear to us where to bring used towels and sheets. Dispite being a hotel with several rooms with kitchens, they were only able to provide us with a single pot and pan and a spatula. So unless you bring or buy your own supplies it will be hard to really use the kitchen. However the price per night is reasonable for the accommodations
