It was advertised that they would have items for the kitchen such as plates utensils and cook wear and when we got there there was a sign that you had to go to the desk. we went to the desk and they said they do not give it out due to theft, which is why they keep credit cards on file for incidentals. The whole reason we booked the room we did is so we can cook and not eat out every night. After that we asked for sheets blankets and pillows for the couch bed and we were not given any pillows. we had to spend $60 between pill... read more

This property was clean and well kept on the inside. Staff were extremely pleasant! There was a snowstorm during my stay and the property did not plow the snow until the next midday. Kids were running up and down the hallways all hours of the day. Worst of it all, adults were arguing and fighting in the lobby and the police were called twice during my stay. This alone made me feel very unsafe, therefore I will never stay here again!

This was my first stay at an Extended Stay. I had no idea how bad the quality of the property would be. Holes in the wall and ceiling. I had to take the lid off the toilet tank and fix the toilet 3 times in a 1 night stay. Very loud. People and children running through the halls all night. Breakfast was a joke.

Refrigerator was dirty cooktop was dirty there was more food on the cooktop and in the oven then in the dumpster people were rude maintenance guy had an attitude and tried to slam the door on my dogs face and then slam the door on my husband. I chose this hotel over their competitors because they advertised a gym / fitness area They do not have a gym or fitness area. It’s false advertising Wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else

The front desk employees were helpful and friendly. However, the property itself is run-down, in need of updates, and dirty. Our kitchen was missing a cabinet or dishwasher, and the space where it was was unfinished and dusty. Some of the electrical outlets were covered in a thick layer of dust. The bedside table's drawers had stains inside which kind of looked like blood. The hallways had were smelly and loud.
