Signs of wear and tear in the room. Carpet had dark stains. Fan in the bathroom was very loud and did not really function. We slept well in the beds. It was quiet all night. Spacious in the room. Staff were super friendly and worked very hard.
The location is easy in/easy out of downtown. It was fine for a quick stay, but not the cleanest or safest hotel. There are residents who live there who are sitting and hangin out everywhere. The hallways and the rooms also have a subtle odor; not awful but certainly not pleasant. Front desk staff was pleasant.
Convenient place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh. Clean, safe, and mostly friendly staff. Would stay here again.
The floors in our room are sloped and the beds are too. Stained blankets.
