Family visit My son and I have stayed at this hotel over several years. It has improved as far as the cleanliness of the rooms. My bed was a little uncomfortable as well as the pillows. But for the most part it was okay and we will be staying there again when we visit family. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. Marge has been always caring and empathetic, especially this visit when my son and I were there for a memorial for my mother who recently passed.

Not Impressed This was a no frills hotel. The kitchenette had nothing in the cupboards. If you needed a glass or plate, you had to go downstairs to the front desk to get one. We asked for glasses which were old plastic cafeteria type glasses. There were no ice machines or ice buckets. When I again went to the front desk to ask for ice, she informed me that the hotel doesn't have ice. Great location. Easy to go anywhere Adequate for our stay. Nice to be able to cook. Hotel staff very friendly and accomadating. Bathroom pretty small but waz a good stay

Wonderful staff!! I have stayed at this hotel over the past several years and this time seemed better than the rest. The room was exceptional clean. As always the front desk staff were great especially Marge. Maintenance asked if I had any problems with my room and there was one thing. The commode kept running and he came right up and fixed it. All the staff have been great. When I am in town I will be staying at this hotel.

Skeptical-to- pleasantly surprised Thank you God! It was very late and dark when we arrived with lots of hills. (Honestly a sista was getting nervous) We could hardly make out the street names. Then I relaxed a little when we could tell that it was a very nice neighborhood. Once we twisted and wined our way to the top- there was a lovely hotel lit up (honestly, just like the picture). Walls are thin and could hear rooms around us. No coffee maker, gym or hair dryer. Breakfast was minimal.

Easy to get to Pittsburgh Nice front desk staff...no daily room service, you have to pay for room service which was disappointing. The bed sheets were clean,however blanket was dirty. There really is no continental breakfast...no fruit,no cereal etc.... Room was clean and spacious.

bas prix et basse qualité Aucun service. Ils ne font pas le ménage des chambres. Le déjeuner inclus se limite à des barres tendres et du mauvais café. il y a une cuisinette mais le ménage des armoires et définitivement à faire.
